Avocado Smoothie with Spirulina


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of spinach (optional)
  • 250 ml of filtered water
  • 1 SCOOP OF GREEN ELIXIR

DIRECTIONS

1.Place all ingredients in a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour mixture into a glass.

SUPER TIP

This super-thick smoothie is packed with healthfulness but if you prefer a thinner smoothie, you can easily add a bit more water.
